Why was Iron Man seemingly the only Avenger who immediately noticed Captain America was wielding Mjolnir?
Right before the final battle in Endgame, look at Tony on the right when Cap grabs the hammer. While everyone else is focused on the fight, Tony looks directly at Cap with a clear reaction.
And that reaction actually makes sense.
Tony had been unconscious for most of what happened before this. He wasn’t there for the Big Three fight, so he never saw Cap move Mjolnir.
This may have been the first time Tony actually witnessed Captain America wield the hammer .. which makes his reaction even more interesting.

My sister called me one evening and asked me to come and stay with her for a few weeks because she was going through a difficult time.

Loki’s decision to let Captain America’s branch timeline survive is actually what caused Doomsday
Steve went back in time, stayed with Peggy, and created a branch.
Under He Who Remains, that branch would’ve been pruned. But Loki changed the rules. He chose to let every timeline live. “Every timeline deserved a chance to exist”
And once those branches survived, they created new variants, new outcomes, and entirely different realities.
I’m not saying Doom comes from Steve’s timeline.
I’m saying Steve created the branch, Loki allowed it to survive, and somewhere in the chain of events that followed, Tony Stark variant was born(Doom).
Loki saved the timelines…with He who remains, Doomsday would have never happened. Loki and Steve are responsible for any life lost in Avengers: Doomsday.

Kang and Loki might have one of the most ironic contrasts in the MCU.
He Who Remains sacrificed countless timelines to maintain control of the Sacred Timeline.
Loki did the opposite. When given the power to control everything, he sacrificed his own freedom so those timelines could live.
Kang destroyed timelines to keep his throne.
Loki accepted a throne to save them.
The man who desperately wanted to rule finally understood that true power wasn’t control, it was sacrifice.
