Today, Jeeves announced a $110M equity financing to accelerate building the stablecoin-native financial platform for global enterprises. And we are moving fast:
-$1.5B+ in annualized stablecoin volume in just 8 months
-10 new countries launching stablecoin cards, with payouts reaching 190 countries
-Accounts Receivable launching in Brazil, expanding Jeeves beyond Corporate Cards and AP
-Global AI Spend Tracker across 30 countries and currencies, giving companies one unified view of AI spend globally
-Officially opening Madrid, Spain office to accelerate growth across Europe

Today, Long Lake completed our $6.3B acquisition of Amex GBT.
Long Lake acquires and transforms generational businesses with AI across the American services economy.
Amex GBT is the travel partner for 17,500 businesses in 140 countries. Last year, Amex GBT booked 35 million trips for 10 million travelers.
This marks Long Lake’s 40th acquisition, and our family of companies now employs nearly 30,000 people.
We founded Long Lake three years ago with the thesis that AI is going to change every company, but there’s a large overhang between AI capabilities and how most businesses leverage AI tools.
We partner with strong, profitable, and growing businesses to help them deploy AI and improve their customer service.
Our first cohort of companies has doubled their EBITDA in less than two years through topline and productivity growth, all while increasing headcount. (We’re proud to say that we’ve never conducted a layoff.)

Use it all you can before consumers start getting nerfed
Recently, we purchased one of each Anthropic/OpenAI subscription plan and randomly ran long horizon coding tasks until we exhausted the weekly limit. It's widely believed that a $200/month plan maxes out at ~$2000/month worth of tokens (assuming API pricing). However, we found that the subscriptions are actually far more generous. (2/4)
Anthropic made the real cost of usage based pricing obvious, while OpenAI continues to keep it accessible
Infra costs probably stops this from becoming a race to the bottom, although model usage will continue to bifurcate between cheap and premium reasoning
Routing decisions probably starting to get more consequential here
