I’ve been noticing ppl only care about mental health when it’s cute, but when they start to neglect their hygiene/home, make brash impulsive decisions with not a lot of thought, their mental health gets “ugly” all of a sudden all empathy is out the door

Some immediate steps I believe that all trans people should take:
- Get your passport. Today. It takes time to come in and this will likely be shut down under Trump.
- Update every ID your state allows you to.
- Make sure you have a supply of medication in case of disruption
