The old world is dead, ladies and gentlemen. Nobody has 20 years of experience in what comes next. We’re all learning. The playing field is wide open. Light a fire under your ass and go build something. It’s Monday. Run through a fucking brick wall. Let’s go 🔥 🔥🔥

If I wanted to study how easily humans can be manipulated, I’d design an experiment.
Punish nuance.
Reward outrage.
Make popularity look like truth.
Turn disagreement into hatred.
Welcome to X.

Too many anti-social people nowadays.
Perfectly normal to leave your house now and not interact with a single human.
Self checkout at grocery store.
Headphones at the gym.
Highly recommend against this and saying hi to people every where you go.
Every interaction, no matter how small, builds your state and will restore your faith in humanity.

Underrated life advice: Never make someone regret being honest with you. If someone has the courage to tell you the truth, don’t punish them for it. You can disagree. But if you train people to believe that honesty gets punished, they’ll start giving you comfort instead of truth.

We're living through a strange moment in history.
People distrust scientists because they're human.
Then trust AI because it's not.
One spent decades learning a subject.
The other draws pretty things in 3D.
Science didn't fail.
Our ability to recognize expertise did.

“Do your own research” is excellent advice.
Just remember:
Googling isn’t research.
Watching videos isn’t research.
Finding a paper that agrees with you isn’t research.
And reading scientific literature doesn’t magically give you the expertise required to interpret it.
Access to information is not the same thing as expertise.

Clarity isn't about knowing what you want to do with your life, it's about knowing what you want to do this week. You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to know your next step.

Dopamine detoxes are overrated.
If you remove every distraction overnight
your brain immediately searches for a replacement.
Instead, gradualy reduce scrolling by 15-20 minutes per day.
Punishments create resistance.
Baby steps create consistency.

Quitting your corporate job isn’t an act of impulse.
It’s an act of alignment.
Most people don't burn out because of the hours.
They burn out because their energy is being spent on a vision that isn't theirs.
Here is what nobody tells you about making the jump: 🧵

Most productivity advice is written for people who are not burned out.
Telling a burned-out corporate person to “just be consistent” is like telling a drowning person to swim better.
Your nervous system is not your enemy.
It is the reason you survived corporate culture.
The goal is not to become more productive.
The goal is to become safe enough to create.

Life rarely changes in a positive way without an increase in responsibility.
That can mean taking ownership of your health or committing to a relationship or starting a business.
Whatever it is, if you want the trajectory to change, the amount of responsibility usually has to change.

Your first attempt might not be very good, but nobody's early work is good. There will always be a gap between where you are and where you want to be. And the bridge between that gap is courage. The courage to look foolish in the beginning. The courage to show up again when your early work is criticized. The courage to look yourself in the mirror and say, "I realize I'm not good enough yet, but the only way to get better is to keep working on it."

Someone earning $10k-15k/mo now at $300 isn’t unmotivated.
They’re injured.
A betrayal. A ban. A bad manager. A relationship that broke them.
They didn’t quit the dream .... the cost of trying just started hurting more than the reward.
Be kind. You rarely see the wound.

Major cheat code for life: Master the art of the fresh start. From a bad morning. From a bad interaction. From a missed workout. From a poor decision. The goal isn't to avoid the fall. It's to shorten the time between the fall and the reset. Fast recovery compounds.

I went to one of those private business schools that flexed connections and inside opportunities yet the majority of people that graduated with me ended up getting data entry and insurance sales jobs with no upward mobility.
That or they went straight to getting masters/MBA only to have little to no additional prospects post-graduation.
Most of your classes are about inclusivity in the workplace and HR with the occasional antiquated skillset thrown in the mix.
Its borderline fraud. You're sold a lie that a degree is an investment only to get negative ROI in the job market.
Social contract is broken. You should be pissed.

Everyone's "regulating their nervous system" in 2026 and it isn’t working.
Cold plunge. Box breathing. Meditation apps. Ashwagandha.
You can’t keep adding onto your nervous system because it’s already overwhelmed.
Why do you think it’s dysregulated in the first place?
- 14 unresolved open loops
- Back-to-back-to-back calls with no break
- Cortisol that's been elevated all day long
The people who actually seem calm removed the inputs that were firing their sympathetic threat response dozens of times per hour.
You have to remove the inputs keeping you dysregulated:
- Don’t leave projects unfinished. Complete them or throw them away
- Take breaks. Your ultradian rhythm can focus for 90 minutes before it needs 20-30 minutes to rest
- Write down everything on your mind and only pick 1 priority to do
This is exactly how you remove all your inputs so your outputs can have focused quality work behind them.
