Genuine question if Kante didn’t slip would he have a career?
Gabriel Martinelli has scored his first Premier League goal since that solo effort against Chelsea in January 2020. This one was a bit easier. 😅

Back in 2014, there was a man who was already aware of the irregularities involving Manchester City. That man now runs FIFA. The infamous Gianni Infantino, then UEFA General Secretary, abused his authority, shared confidential documents and, in short, outmanoeuvred the Investigatory Chamber, doing everything in his power to ensure that both Manchester City and PSG would merely receive a fine, avoiding a deeper investigation that could have led to a Champions League ban. All of these details were also revealed through Football Leaks. Given his actions as UEFA General Secretary and, more recently, as FIFA President, I can only say, in my humble opinion, that Gianni Infantino has become a cancer on football and should have no place in the future of the game.

We sent a raw young forward with blistering pace and venomous ball striking to go and get mentored by Jamie Vardy… he’s either coming back as the best player in the world or with a crippling vape and red bull addiction
We are delighted to announce the signing of experienced forward Jamie Vardy on a contract until the end of the current season. Welcome to Burnley, Jamie 🤝

"You're So Pretty" is inscribed on Payton Tolle's glove as a heartfelt tribute to his mother, Jina, who passed away from cancer in 2025. She would playfully yell the line to Payton at baseball games to "embarrass" him in front of friends and teammates. 🥹 #PlayersWeekend

To be fair, if you’d told me the last time Arsenal won the league that by the time they win another one Chelsea will have won 5 leagues, 5 Fa Cups, 2 club world cups and 6 European trophies 2 of which were Champions Leagues, I would’ve probably taken it.

Just talked to a guy that bought an auto shop from a retiring boomer 9 months ago that was doing $1.7M in revenue and it’s on pace to do $2.5M in revenue this year. Me, “That’s awesome. Everyone always says prepare for revenue to go down first year of owning. What was your secret to first year growth?” Him, “It’s a 10 bay shop and they were only using 8 bays. I bought a couple lifts and hired another tech and we are now using all 10.”

Xabi Alonso can coach the same brand of football we just saw from Enrique and Kompany. Please, Chelsea, do the right thing. He is RIGHT there.

Here is a question. You think Cora didn’t want Bregman back even though Bregman loved it here? You think it was Cora who didn’t believe him that he had another offer from the Cubs? You think it was Cora who cheaped out? You think it was Cora who wants Durbin as his 3rd baseman over one of the best leaders in baseball? (Cubs 2nd best record in baseball by the way). This team is a joke but it’s been a joke for a long time and it all starts with John Henry. He won’t pay for anybody. Breslow sucks. Henry sucks. #selltheteam

Van Hecke is kinda like a CB version of Joao Pedro. Extremely good underlyings but on the eye at Brighton it felt like something was missing. Can see him kicking on to a top player at a bigger club. Would be very smart for Chels

Do you know how insane it is to across two legs outperform xG by ≈ +259%! PSG’s average this entire season in all comps is a +10.36% - which is elite. In statistics this is classified as a sigma-5 event (5 standard deviations from the mean). Assuming a normal distribution, the probability of this occurrence is 1 in 3.5 MILLION. Fair play.
