Oh, also; earlier this year there was a handful of users that needed to ensure they had the latest OS updates, because there was and update to the root security certificate issued to the website. (Letsencrypt) For some the updates had been blocked/delayed by IT department.

Note that if you have to use a VPN to access the website you'll also have to use a VPN when activating the license.

Sounds like something is blocking your access to the server. This is usually one of: - ISP blocking ranges of IPs that unfortunately includes the website - Firewall on the computer used - Firewall on the network you're on On most cases using a VPN will work around this.
