An eyewitness stated: “It all kicked off when they pulled a Palestinian flag off a facade. Then they started provoking and destroyed a taxi driver's car and beat up the driver themselves.”
Some Maccabi fans were seen with metal chains, ready to attack.
Also during tonight’s match between Ajax and Maccabi Tel Aviv, the Israeli supporters refused to hold a minute of silence for Valencia flood victims. They even started illegal fireworks.

Israeli police entered the French-owned Eleona church compound in Jerusalem, on Thursday, briefly detaining two gendarmes and prompting French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot to abandon a scheduled visit [AFP]. A video also shows Israeli police assaulting a French diplomat at the church.
"I will not enter the Eleona Domain today, because Israeli security forces entered with weapons, without prior French authorisation, without agreeing to leave today," Barrot said at the scene, calling the standoff "unacceptable".
