Comedian Carlos Mencia has been charged with tax evasion and failing to report $8.7 million in income. Mencia was arrested Thursday and remains in custody. My parents said they’re not gonna get me a car for Christmas. They asked me what I wanted instead. I told them I’d like to have an argument with Bill Hader at a Conan O'brien party. Anyway they’re getting me the car now.
