So, today, I can finally announce that I've signed a 4-book deal with @orbitbooks to complete the series that began with The Rage of Dragons! This is a dream come true and I couldn't pick a better traveling companion than @bhvide with whom to take this epic adventure.
Combine Game of Thrones and Gladiator and you'll understand why we're so excited about @EvanWinter's #orbit19 debut.

Okay, The Rage of Dragons Deluxe Edition Kickstarter ends in less than an hour (kickstarter.com/projects/wra…), and there’s so much (human-made) art like this piece by @ParisAlleyne that exists solely because you funded the book.
Thank you! ⚔️
ALT A three-panel art piece in a comic-esque style. The first panel shows several Omehi soldiers and a woman (one of the Gifted from the book) facing a small army of Xiddeen—their enemy—charging down a hill. Many of the Xiddeen are riding war lizards as we might a horse. The next panel shows Tau swinging his sword at an unseen opponent. The final panel is a close-up on Tau’s face as he shouts.
The Rage of Dragons Deluxe Edition Kickstarter ends this afternoon, and I'm humbled by your reaction to it. Together, we hit 1,000% funding!!! A thousand thank yous for making this book a reality with your backing, likes, reposting, & word-of-mouth!

I hoped when you next heard from me, it'd be with a release date for The Lord of Demons. I still need a bit more time for that, but, thankfully, Wraithmarked Creative work faster than I do. So, on Thursday, April 4, the launch begins for the Deluxe Edition of The Rage of Dragons.
It's been a long time coming! @EvanWinter's THE RAGE OF DRAGONS is getting a #signed deluxe edition! Illustrated! Gilded! Everything you'll want for your gorgeous shelves!

There's a lot still to come, but if I can take you back to the book's earliest days, here's a look at what's beneath the dust jacket...
ALT The image is of a book with golden, gilded page edges. The book's cover is of a scene in mostly orange, red, and shadows. It depicts a woman, hand and arm raised, calling down a massive dragon on the army of her enemy. Behind the woman, facing away from us and toward the enemy, stands a swordsman with a black-bladed sword in each hand.
