The average annual salary raise for a hardworking “loyal” employee is between 2-5%.
Job Hoppers can usually grab a 10% - 20% increase in pay when they move jobs.
So leaders, instead of complaining about there not being any “loyalty” from people anymore.
Start by actually giving employees a reason to stay.

90% of my anxiety went away once I started working out, going outdoors daily, eating healthy and keeping a consistent sleep schedule.
I appreciate the objective nature of your statement.
One difference for me is that I (and I assume most people with a smart phone) use a phone to stay connected.
There are a ton of use cases for a PC in which a desirable objective is to not be connected/monitored.
