In addition to brands, we’re seeing Fortune 1000 CEOs and technical leaders use X directly. No more marketing team facilitating templated posts. X is the free market for ideas for the movers and shakers💡
Just want to say that we super appreciate major brands resuming advertising on our platform!
Thanks @lindayaX and the whole 𝕏 team for your hard work in restoring confidence in our platform and ensuring that advertising content only appears where advertisers want it shown.
Bringing social to reality. Thanks for having us @realEstateTrent
For those of you hearing about The Real Estate Gala for the first time, allow me to provide a bit of background.
In 2021 I decided to join a vibrant online community on X (then Twitter) - where folks from all over the real estate industry were openly sharing their knowledge on a daily basis.
So I candidly posted knowledge from my 20+ experience in the strip center industry - and I was shocked by who was reading the posts and how powerful this community really is.
A couple years later, I thought it would be amazing if the folks we follow and connect with online actually met in person - so I asked if anyone wanted to join.
Little did I know what it would turn into, or who would show up!
Here is a photo of Jeff Blau on stage with me at one of the Galas, where he shared that he's a fan of this community and follows it. Jeff runs Related Companies, which is one of the largest landlords in America, and built Hudson Yards.
Emmitt Smith joined us last year to meet the folks in the room, as he's made quite a mark in the real estate world as well.
Beyond the friendships that have been formed - there is a massive amount of business being done within the community, and lives being changed.
Michael Huseby was an Big Law attorney who worked on the team that put my real estate fund docs together. He started sharing his knowledge with us - and his account became so popular that he was able to start his own law firm and is precting $3M - $4M in revenue this year!
Bob Knakal, who had already sold his brokerage for $100M and is probably the greatest commercial real estate broker of all time, started sharing here a few years ago - and it has even changed his life and career!
For me, 8 out of the 12 deals in my real estate fund would not have happened without social media - and I even got to spend time with Charlie Munger at his home a few years back because of it. Who knew Charlie loved strip malls!
We will hear more stories this evening, make new friends - and deals will result.
This community is the result of the magic that happens when you combine the very best of commercial real estate, with the very best of social media.
See you tonight!
From engineering to gtm, the caliber of the @tryeasehealth team is unmatched. Very proud to bring the first AI-native EMR to market 🔥
I’m excited to share that Ease Health is coming out of stealth with a $41M Series A led by @a16z, alongside @AbstractVC, Sunflower, F3, and @BoxGroup, to build the AI-native operating system for behavioral health.
Behavioral health runs on some of the most fragmented infrastructure in healthcare.
Providers are forced to stitch together EHRs, billing systems, CRMs, schedulers, documentation tools, and compliance workflows just to operate. We started Ease because this is not a tooling problem. It is an architecture problem.
So we rebuilt the system from the ground up.
Ease is a single platform where AI is not a bolt-on. It is foundational.
-Documentation is handled by an ambient AI scribe.
-An AI voice agent can manage intake and scheduling.
-Our CRM auto-enriches leads and logs activity automatically.
-Front desks can instantly match patients to the right provider.
-Charts are audited continuously.
-Utilization review and prior authorizations can run autonomously.
When data is entered once, it flows everywhere it needs to go across clinical records, billing workflows, and reporting.
One through-line of truth across the entire organization.
Since launching, we have grown quickly and now support hundreds of behavioral health providers across inpatient, outpatient (IOP, PHP, MAT), and residential.
The behavioral health crisis is not a demand problem. Providers are buried in manual documentation, claim denials, compliance friction, and disconnected systems. We are building the system designed to remove that burden.
We are grateful to Andreessen Horowitz for leading this round, and thankful for the support of all of our investors and partners who believe in rebuilding healthcare infrastructure the right way. Your conviction and partnership mean a great deal to our team.

Time in the market is more important than timing of the market
This is crazy:
Over the course of their entire rivalry so far (15 matches), only *six* points separate Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner 🤯
Alcaraz - 1,579 points
Sinner - 1,573 points

In other words: HIGHER
When I joined X two months ago, the app was sitting at No. 78 in the App Store. It is no small feat to move the position of a 20-year-old app: only first-time downloads count (and Apple hasn't featured us in years).
However, our team spent nights & weekends rebuilding our systems to support our next era of growth.
And now, it's finally starting to pay off: today we opened the at No. 6, beating our downloads & rank on Election Day last year.
There will be certainly be volatility and setbacks along the way, but my favorite app is now on its way to everyone's homescreen.
