People are easier to govern when their suffering is framed as a personal failure rather than a systemic problem.

The real tragedy of living in a third-world country is that you can do everything right and still struggle because the environment is designed to make ordinary things unnecessarily difficult.

⚠️ “Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the LORD delivers him out of them all.” — Psalm 34:19 One of the greatest misconceptions in Christianity is that walking with God means we will never experience hardship, suffering, opposition, or seasons of overwhelming adversity. But the Bible never promised us a life without storms. It promised us a Savior who would never abandon us in the middle of them! Think about a ship sailing across the ocean. Its strength is not proven while sitting safely in the harbor, but when it encounters violent winds and towering waves. In the same way, our faith is often tested and strengthened in the very storms we wish God would remove. 💥 Consider Joseph. He was betrayed by his brothers, sold into slavery, falsely accused, and thrown into prison. Yet what others intended for evil, God ultimately turned for good! (Genesis 50:20) 💥 Consider Daniel. God didn’t prevent him from being thrown into the lions’ den, but He sent an angel to shut the mouths of the lions! (Daniel 6:22) 💥 God did not keep the three Hebrew men from entering the fiery furnace, but He met them in the middle of the flames! When the king looked inside, he saw FOUR men walking unharmed! (Daniel 3:24–25) 💥 And then there was Paul and Silas. They were beaten, imprisoned, and placed in stocks. Yet at midnight, instead of surrendering to despair, they began praying and singing praises to God. Suddenly, an earthquake shook the prison, the doors opened, and their chains were loosed! (Acts 16:25–26) God didn’t always prevent the affliction, but He demonstrated His faithfulness THROUGH the affliction! Jesus Himself declared in John 16:33, “In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” Some of us are praying for God to remove a mountain, while He is teaching us how to climb it. Others are asking Him to silence the storm, while He is teaching you to trust Him even when the winds are still raging. And sometimes deliverance doesn’t come the way we expected. Sometimes God changes our circumstances, and other times He gives us the grace and strength to endure them. Paul learned this when the Lord told him, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” (2 Corinthians 12:9) Remember this: The presence of affliction does not mean the absence of God! You may be pressed, but you are not crushed. You may be perplexed, but you are not without hope. You may be persecuted, but you are not forsaken! (2 Corinthians 4:8–9) And even when earthly deliverance does not come in the way we desire, our ultimate victory is secured through Jesus Christ and the promise of eternal life. So don’t measure God’s faithfulness by the number of battles you face. Measure it by His unchanging promises and His presence through every battle. The same God who was with Joseph in the prison, Daniel in the lions’ den, and the Hebrew men in the furnace is still faithful today! Our affliction may be great, but your God is GREATER! 🙌🏽 Keep praying. Keep believing. Keep standing on His Word. And above all, keep your eyes on Jesus! The storm may be raging around you, but it does not have to destroy the faith within you. 🔥 - Ricky Scaparo

Never kill yourself. I know things suck, real bad, for many people right now - but please do not take your own life. The ripple effect that it will have on those who know and love you; will be incalculable. More people care than you realize.
