So I did some basic math - $18M/ 55K = 323 patrol officers. KCC - Kenosha Correctional Center has max capacity of 115 inmates. County budget is $39M and can only house 1200 inmates. The feeding off of us. Literally. Great show! kenoshanews.com/news/local/a…
