Today was the hardest day of my life. I said goodbye for two years to my best buddy. He’s ready to serve and I’m excited for him but man this hurts. There is a hole in our home and it will never be the same. Godspeed Son, Peru is getting an incredible young man for the next two years.

Our lender requires SNDA from major tenant before we can close. Seller has pushed lender for SNDA for over a month. Tenant is in no hurry to sign SNDA. This process has gotta change
Summer is almost over and I always get a little sad when it’s time for the kids to go back to school. My advice to parents with younger kids… stretch your time and money as far as you can to create memories. I have never regretted working through spreadsheets at 1am in the summer so that our family could go on an early morning adventure. You truly only get about 8 summers that they ll remember before they’re driving and then you lose half of their attention. Teach your 9 year old to drive a jet ski, teach your 11 year old daughter how to shoot a shot gun, rent ATV’s and disappear into the forest. My oldest is 18 and I am so glad we have the memories

If you cause a wreck on a freeway, you should lose your license for 6 months. There are only two reasons and both should be unacceptable. 1 - you think you’re time is more valuable than everyone else so you drive like a maniac. 2 - you were distracted, likely on your phone

Does anyone else find it ridiculous that everything at the store needs to be locked in a cage we have to wait fifteen minutes for someone to unlock it? What happened to our normal society where things could be on an open shelf?!
Find an awesome girl, get married young, have kids early, have as many kids as possible, teach them about God.
That was the advice from my Dad. He was right and I will always be grateful to him for showing me the way. This path isn’t easy. Like everyone, we’ve had so many sleepless nights, heartache and at times life has been really painful, but the fulfillment and joy are eternal. Happy Fathers Day!
Took my son and his buddies to the lake for graduation. They just all lost their minds watching UFC. USA! USA!! USA!!!
Miracles are real. Last week my Son graduated high school. He was born at 24 weeks. Today, he’s a healthy, awesome man with a bright future. 18 years ago, doctors questioned why me and my Wife felt so strong to continue life sustaining care. My Wife and I felt strongly that God was telling us to keep going. Marrying a strong woman who believes in prayer and has the courage to seek and follow inspiration is an incredible blessing

He says raising taxes does nothing because Congress just launders the money to their friends, special interest groups and “17,000 lobbying groups”

We have two Utah Supreme Court retention votes coming up this year.
Some of my time and money will be going toward educating people that their votes should say “no” when asked if we should retain them.

I’m always impressed with the creativity of vendors who want to retain or earn business. You can tell when someone puts a lot of thought into their visit. This work of art was brought to me today by a vendor that already has my loyalty because his service is unmatched but I ll think if his company every time I see it
