Ethereum L1 already has lending markets for tokenized assets. Aave Horizon lets qualified investors borrow stablecoins against approved holdings without selling them.
Stock issuers should build on that infrastructure.

- CLARITY didn't pass, which is disappointing
- but we're not going to wait for congress
- the SEC + CFTC have everything they need
- and we're going to get clarity for crypto
crypto is the greatest tool for economic freedom we've ever had. just getting started.
Don't call them banks.

Respectfully, this makes no sense.
@HawleyMO voted NO on Clarity because small banks in his state loan money to farmers?
There’s zero evidence the Clarity Act would cause deposit flight from small banks… in fact, the yield he fears from crypto companies currently exists… as law… under Genius.
