If you're going to ask ChatGPT for something, NEVER write: ・“Summarize this for me” ・“Analyze this” ・“Make this better” ・“Fix this" Instead, tell it this ↓

Instead of: “Summarize this for me” Try: “Summarize this text in 5 key ideas. Separate facts from opinions. Extract 3 actions and preserve the important figures. Indicate where each conclusion is supported. If information is missing, point it out.” A good summary saves time without making up data.

Instead of: “Write me an email” Try: “Write to [recipient] for [objective]. Context: [details]. Open with the purpose, get to the essentials, and end with a specific request. Maximum 100 words. Natural tone, no made-up details.” Let the recipient know what to do.

Instead of: “Give me ideas” Try: “Propose 10 ideas for [goal] and [audience], with [budget]. For each one include: what problem it solves, first step, and main difficulty. Avoid clichés and order them by ease of execution.” Ask for ideas you can apply.

Instead of: “Organize my day for me” Try: “My tasks: [list]. I have [hours] and these appointments: [times]. Prioritize by impact and urgency. Create realistic blocks, add breaks, and flag what I should postpone if it all doesn’t fit.” A plan also helps decide what NOT to do.

The rule is simple: Don't just tell them WHAT to do. Also give them: ・Objective: what you want to achieve. ・Context: what they need to know. ・Limits: what they must respect. ・Format: how you want to receive it. ・Control: what to review before responding. Don't ask for more words. Ask for precision.
