I’m learning the hardest part of this job is admitting it’s not them, it’s me.
Kids don’t need to be fixed.
I just need to get better at knowing what they need and then adjusting what I do to match who they are.
All kids deserve high levels of learning.

We KNOW that teachers are the single greatest in-school factor influencing children's academic achievement.
Therefore, shouldn’t we ATTRACT and RETAIN effective teachers by..
•Paying them fair wages
•Lowering class sizes
•Treating them like professionals
•Providing SUPPORTS

3 things I was always trying to figure out in an interview:
1) Can they teach effectively?
2) Can they connect with their students?
3) Can they work with their colleagues?

This battleflag flew atop @levisstadium prior to the win over the Steelers. Like the team, it saw wear & tear, yet still proudly repped the @49ers oval. The #Faithful came strong to secure the win so it belongs in their hands. RT & follow for your chance to own it.
