One of the wildest things about OCD is how it makes you stop trusting your own senses. You *think* you've seen that something is unplugged, for example, but *is it really*?! You can literally stare at whatever is causing you anxiety and your brain will be like I DUNNO, I'M NOT SURE ABOUT, WE BETTER CHECK AGAIN FORTY TIMES AND THEN ONCE MORE. Just typing this shit down for anyone else with OCD who doesn't want to feel alone today. 💙

I'm gonna be honest I'm so sad right now. My anxiety and OCD is holding me back so much. Yes, I'm on meds and in therapy and have been for years but damn. Just damn. It's always something with me. Whether mental or physical illness. I just want a month without a fucking issue. I laugh at what's wrong with me a lot but sometimes I just get sad too. So here is me being sad. Hugs appreciated. 🌼🐛
