So far, the biggest speed improvement bun has brought me is saving three characters because I can just do "bun lint" instead of "npm run lint". The actual command execution isn't measurably quicker.

@Cypress_io is going crazy with their prices recently. They charge 6$/1000 test runs. That means if your suite has 50 tests, they charge you 30 cents. Per commit. For using their interface. That doesn't include the machine that runs the tests.

Why would you have a pricing model that so heavily disincentives good practices by charging you more if you split your assertions into separate tests?

"Well, you can just redeploy an old commit" — @Netlify also deprecated their old build containers. So no, you literally can't redeploy old commits anymore, either.

😡 Found out today that @Netlify now deletes your deploys after 90 days. There doesn't seem to have been any big announcement about this downgrading of their service. I am really disappointed about this. netlify.com/blog/automated-d…

@Netlify you had the choice to roll this out only to new customers or at least only to new projects. Your willingness to change the terms of your service for existing customers raises the question to me, what else you might change in the future.

Instagram started as a really simple photo sharing app and now has 5(!) different video formats: 🎥 video post 🎥 IGTV 🎥 stories 🎥 reels 🎥 live 3 of them can appear in your feed. 2 are for short videos. 2 are not permanent. What kind of UX nightmare is this?
