Web designers: how are you getting images ready for a site?
I’m resizing in Canva, converting to WebP in Pixelied, then compressing in TinyJPG. Three tools for one image feels ridiculous.
What’s your workflow? Is there one tool I’ve somehow missed?
Helping another #webdesign client figure out who has access to their Google Analytics because the original dev launched the new site without checking first and now they have a gap in their data. Every agency should have a process for documenting this for launches...
you find out the MX records are wrong when the client says email stopped working two days after go-live.
domain, DNS, analytics ownership, form recipients, scattered across inboxes and memory.
that's how launch nights break. 😵💫 Helping fix a mess now.

That Slack thread where Sales blamed Ops, Ops blamed Sales, and the actual problem just sat there? There's a reason it went sideways before anyone even looked at the root cause. And it has nothing to do with who's difficult. dailymindsetflip.com/p/us-vs… #WorkPsychology #Mindset

The upside of building in public:
- Better conversations
- Instant feedback loop
- Costs you nothing
The downside is worrying about what others will think of you.
Once you realize that doesn’t matter,
the downside goes away.
Do you have a discord, @TheopetraLabs ? Just read your litepaper and I'm really intrigued.
