This has made my day. Getting a ‘team spirit’ is not easy. Watching a multicultural team singing a welsh folk song is fabulous. It really is.
This is what life’s about. Reaching for the heights. Many congratulations @RebeccaEMenzies - Adonius was so brave and never gave in. That photo of you both is stunning. ❤️
From Durham to Keeneland. 🇬🇧➡️🇺🇸
A little horse with a huge heart.
Adonius — you’ve given us memories we’ll treasure forever. ❤️
Thank you so much to everyone who has made this happen. #specialhorse

This is fabulous and exactly that - this is Baseball at its finest. On the line, being brave and hanging in there. Love it.
It wasn’t even PMQs yesterday, but Andy Burnham spent 3.5 hours answering 125 questions.
The usual hard right grifters started posting that Burnham “wasn’t answering any questions” less than halfway through the session, whilst he was literally answering questions in real time.
This is what we are up against, people. A group of dishonest, disingenuous, bought and paid for propagandists with large platforms whose only goal is to destabilise our democracy with their disinformation.
These people aren’t patriots. They are paid for by non-UK resident billionaires to damage the UK, whilst waving their flags and bleating on all day about things designed to scare you.
I am totally against tribal politics. I think Parliament needs a strong opposition, and I don’t have any particular party allegiances, but I do think Burnham is clearly capable, has a clear and obvious track record of serious success with Manchester, and is focussed on bringing together a country that these grifters are bent on destroying for their own financial gain.
The patriotic thing to do would be to give a clearly capable Prime Minister time to deliver, rather than pile on with your pre-planned, phoney outrage, before the guy has even unpacked his cases.
What a wonderful thing to to do - I hope many people will be able to donate a few pounds to a lovely man.
It gives me great pleasure to launch our #ATFVfundraising for Kev - our #CoinsForKev Campaign will run throughout the season! Would love jacks to make a donation and share the link for one of our own 🦢🖤🤍

An observation - we see more and more of these photos - I see one player and at least 4 people from Roc Nation. Madrid have paid top dollar - player CHOSE RM - yet these 4 will have their pockets lined. They must be loving these high transfer fees!!!
You know - I watch this video and the level of football intelligence. We don’t see as much today. Yet - players are sold for ridiculous fees. Wouldn’t lace the boots of these players.
I’m looking to build some videos - can someone recommend the best AI platform to use please?? #thankyou
This…….. it is literally a joke. It doesn’t matter what it is - the cost is ridiculous. Everything has gone up and nothing comes down. The cost of living in the UK is out of control.
At this point prices in The UK are just made up:
What do you mean a return train to London is £140?
How is a weekend away in England £600? I can go abroad for a week for that!
Why is a house that was £700 a month a few years ago now £1500 a month?
How is a full tank of fuel now costing more than £100?
Why is my car insurance going up every year on the same car with no claims?
How is 2 carrier bags of shopping costing me nearly £100?
We're honestly done aren't we.
Fair play to @Madders10 this evening. Didn’t hide, asked for the ball and passed forward. Showed up his passive team mates who passed sideways and back. Brought personality and leadership to the pitch.
Wow - this is awful. Pre - VAR people would moan about decisions but accept if a ref missed it. Now with VAR we have dialled it up so high - conspiracies etc. it’s not great and feel for the family.
A thought - Arsenal with Eze central stormed to top of the league. Dangerous. Brings back Odegaard, Eze is pushed wide and Arsenal become slow again. Big call from Artera.
Not an MU fan but it’s a fascinating study. A hugely successful team and then mediocrity. Culture is a big factor, belief, trust etc - you can tell commitment is waning. It’s psychological, you don’t mean to try less, but human nature dictates - you just do.

It’s easy to speak up when nothing is at stake. So true. What a wonderful video and demonstration of what ‘true values’ really mean. Wish you well @YoBenCohen x
Jerry wanted you to hear this from him.
We built Ben & Jerrys to stand for peace and love. It was needed then and it’s needed more than ever now. Which is why @MagnumGlobal must #FreeBenAndJerrys

My TL has been flooded with this story. The coverage it’s getting is huge over a ball. A woman challenged them and they gave her the ball. Next thing X is tracking her down and this family is mainstream and showered with gifts - fascinating from a culture perspective.
You can’t control the window. Too many factors at play at all levels. Well we have a great squad at @SwansOfficial now and wish the team well. Hope we all give them our support in good and bad times. Despite best efforts we can’t always control a result either. Joy of sport. 2/2.
Reactions to a transfer window is funny. Highs, lows, myths, the uneducated. It’s not FM25. So many dependencies. I’m a @SwansOfficial fan, signed Adam Idah for £6M on fnl day. Why wait I hear? Sign him earlier? What have been doing? Well, we had to wait for Celtic to sell. 1/2.
