Read The Geek Way:..Radical Mindset that Drives Extraordinary Results & gave it 4/5. Solid lessons about the importance (& how to achieve it) of building a culture that promotes: learning thru experimentation, speed of execution, ownership and openness. a.co/anMKQUe

How Big Things get Done: Planea lentamente y ejecuta rápidamente.

The Running Grave The Nightingale

Read How Big Things Get Done & gave it 5/5. Remarkably simple in its concepts, yet tremendously powerful in their potential impact. EVERYBODY (particularly politicians) with a big project should read this book. Festina lente, think slow, act fast.
