Just ordered the Mac Sinise’s album “Resurrection and Revival” on Vinyl. You can find it on the @GarySiniseFound website. You can also listen to the album on all streaming platforms. I highly encourage you to visit the Mac Sinise YouTube page where you can listen to his music and watch him record with an orchestra in studio. Mac lives on through his music. It is full of joy and hope, with Mac’s spirit shining through.

Today, my son Mac’s album “Resurrection and Revival” is released digitally. Music was Mac’s passion, and his final wish was to bring some of the music that he’d written years ago and tucked away to new life, along with some old songs that meant something to him. He did it, and we are happy to now share it with all of you.
For everyone who has already purchased an album, thank you. For those who haven’t yet had the chance to listen to Mac’s music, I want to invite you to stream and celebrate his incredible talent with us. “Resurrection and Revival” is now available on all streaming platforms.

I’d like to reflect on the passing of Paul Jerrard. He was a friend and a mentor to many. I feel blessed to have gotten to sit with him and discuss his passions, his family, and the current state and future of hockey. His will be missed, but his legacy will only grow stronger.

Commander’s Intent.
If the team knows the intent, the team can make decisions and execute with no further information needed.
This is necessary for effective Decentralized Command.

One of the most dangerous societal trends is our rush to demonize someone who changes their mind as a “flip flopper”.
We should celebrate those with the willingness to change their mind in the face of new evidence or ideas.

Peter Thiel: "We’re a macro fund paid to identify markets that are enormously mispriced. Almost every MBA I talk to simply doesn’t have an answer. It’s always intelligent, well-thought-out stuff, but there are no strongly held views."

Guy Lafleur was an iconic player and competitor. A legend of our game that will be greatly missed.
Our thoughts go out to the Lafleur family and the @CanadiensMTL organization.

Couldn’t be more proud of my roommate. Battled through so much adversity. 2 season ending injuries back to back years but he keep pushing. Unreal guy and an unreal family. So happy for all of them ❤️ @JSeyf18
