maybe if you didn’t ego people questions for month ahead of your event they tell you…. but u came august and a few months away…. from the actual event and most of us went blind into the event…
Hello, this is hello82 Team,
We want everyone who attends our events to feel welcome, comfortable, and able to enjoy their experience. Accessibility is important to us, and our goal is not only to meet applicable accessibility requirements, but also to listen carefully and respond thoughtfully to the individual needs and concerns of our fans.
We are aware that some fans who attended 82WORLD have raised concerns about their accessibility experience. We are sorry that their experience did not meet their expectations and for the frustration they experienced.
Throughout the 82WORLD weekend, our events team worked to address accessibility concerns as they arose. We also recognize that there are always opportunities to learn and improve, and we take the concerns that have been raised seriously.
no shade i hate hello82 (rightfully so) but event wasn’t bad, but lots of unorganized and rude staff who made your event look bad and just the lack of communication or promote before even having the lineup… and the lies… (late lineup, info on when, venue/location)
