menurutku salah satunya ketika hubungan udh ga terasa emotionally safe lagi. bukan berarti harus selalu sepakat atau ga pernah berantem tp ketika kamu mulai takut buat jujur, takut menyampaikan sesuatu yg mengganggu kamu karena khawatir reaksinya atau malah merasa lebih tenang ketika ga cerita apa apa ke pasangan sendiri.
terus kalau setiap ada masalah yg terjadi cuma defensiveness, saling menyalahkan atau janji berubah tanpa actual effort, lama lama trust bisa terkikis juga. sometimes relationships dont end because of one big betrayal but because of a hundred little moments where someone stops feeling heard, understood or safe.
