Hi Richard and others. Much has been done to fix Canary Wharf since my report, so thank you for that. But today again like many Sundays before they're out of towels and didn't inform members on time. So having made the time and paid for travel I'm extremely disappointed.

This is the state of Canary Wharf Virgin Active now. Therapy pool is filthy and not working, sauna is closed, ladies water fountain broken again, hardly any lights working at ladies showers, many shower shelves, taps and hooks broken, sunlounger fabric broken. Hazardous.
@easyJet my partner is stuck at Gatwick after EZY8577 was cancelled today. He has a very painful back condition and is not able to queue to the one person dealing with getting out. Can you help get him out? He only needs to get out and home, he already got a new flight
