Sure not a problem @itsMustangXI When you work for a company, the work materials that are created for that job belong to that company. In this particular case, the content was not approved for internal use. Requests for edits were not attended to. Training sessions were organized with external parties to elevate the general standard of content, which were not attended, on more than one occasion. The video also relates to external parties, which it further wasn't sent to, as it had not passed the first internal approval process. When it comes to said piece of content, we may still release it at a later date but we likely need to have more work on it done before we are comfortable to submit it for approval. I understand the passion for creating something and it is left on the draft floor. It sucks but it's part of being a professional and working for a company. On professionalism, resolving disputes via social media is not what we do at ACGL. I think you may need to go back to your team and look at your conduct on socials. I think it's largely disrespectful & unprofessional.
