Today’s job culture is going through a strange phase.
HRs are unable to find good candidates,
Employees are unable to find the right jobs,
And the candidates who are genuinely skilled are not getting growth according to their hard work.
Some vacancies remain open for months,
While some positions become vacant again soon after being filled.
It has turned into a never-ending cycle,
Where everyone keeps moving in circles —
Company, HR, Employee, and Candidate…
But no one seems to find a way out of this loop.
Maybe the need is not just hiring,
But better understanding, better opportunities,
And giving the right people the place they truly deserve.

Today during lunch break, one guy in my office was staring at his phone smiling hard at some old voice note
somebody joked, “New girlfriend?”
he laughed and said, “Nah… my mom”
we all started laughing too until he played the audio
it was just her asking if he ate food or not
that’s it
nothing emotional
nothing dramatic
but the way he replayed it again before locking his phone…
you could tell that message mattered more than anything else all day
crazy how when you grow up
love stops looking grand
sometimes it’s just someone remembering to ask if you ate ❤️

My sister’s boyfriend suddenly started acting different.
At first it was small things. Slower replies, cancelling plans, always “busy.”
She asked him a few times if something was wrong. He kept saying everything was fine.
But you can feel when something is off.
One day she just stopped asking. Gave him the same energy back.
No more double texts. No more chasing.
A week later, he started calling more. Showing up, asking why she changed.
She didn’t argue. Just told him, “I didn’t change. I just matched you.”
Now he’s putting in effort again.

A guy work with me in the office who left every day at exactly 6:12pm, closed his laptop, cleaned his desk, and walked out without saying anything.
He came back the next morning like nothing happened and repeated the same routine for months.
We thought he had something important outside work, so nobody asked.
But one day he left in the middle of an urgent task, and the boss finally called him in and asked why he always left at the same time.
He said he had something personal.
The boss asked if it was during company time.
He looked at the clock and said his time ended at 6:12.
The boss said that is not how responsibility works.
He paused and then said that once he stayed late for months and still saw someone get replaced in one meeting.
He picked up his bag and said he only gives what he is paid for now.
