🚨PSA for Android Phone Users🚨 Apparently if you have multiple accounts on your phone, an account can sync itself without you knowing and display your alternate account to people who don't have you as a contact. I was at work and someone started an RCS chat with me, and goes "who is Epic Cherry?" I told them I bought this phone used so they suggested I should make sure old accounts were removed. So disaster averted. Here's what I found. If you go to Settings->Select the Alt Account->Sync. In that option you'll see it can Sync to your Contacts. I've never had it Sync to my Contacts before. So I don't know how it did this without my permission, but removing that Sync removed people from seeing my Alt Account if they haven't added me as a contact. Not a fun discovery...
