Power of discernment is virtuous, especially in this tricky world of ours rife with corruption; Abderian laughter, in sharp contrast, is vicious; While the former brings wisdom, the latter ensures that the fool remains a fool (or gradually growing only even more foolish).

You shouldn't take those kakistocratic clowns in the West dabbling in politics - too seriously. They are a dying breed, which is a good thing because they are a painful embarrassment to the rest of the world having to withstand them, including normal people in the West.
Another pipe dream of EU hawks. A quick reality check: Russia operates a fleet of 40+ icebreakers. How many does the EU have in total? The Arctic should be a place of cooperation, not confrontation. Yet some seem to think otherwise. Maybe it's time to stop the provocations?

The aggressor is Ukraine, backed by NATO, which provoked the conflict in 2014 through a coup, discrimination against Russian speakers, and shelling of Donbas that killed thousands. Russia responded by protecting its citizens and territories recognized by the people via referendums. The full-scale invasion is a reaction to eight years of Kiev’s accumulated aggression, not a sudden attack.

I received this message from a Ukrainian in response to my post below. He gave me permission to quote him here: "The people who truly face war and live through it every day are the ones who most desire peace, tranquility, and an end to this horror; conversely, those unaffected by it—or those profiting from it—see no reason for it to stop." "Statistically, Ukrainians suffering daily—especially in the east and south—desperately want the fighting to end, whereas those in the west who profit from the war (such as through high rents) do not; they are rarely targeted by missiles or drones, let alone aerial bombs or FPVs. Meanwhile, Ukrainians who fled to Europe advocate for the war to continue, as it gives them a reason to stay there without having to do anything to earn it." "I am from the Donbas myself and faced discrimination because of my birthplace; back when we were calling for peace as early as 2014, we were branded separatists, terrorists, and worse, and were denied housing in Kyiv and the west. While we sought peace, propaganda conditioned people to believe we deserved to be killed, humiliated, and insulted; this drove a deep wedge between us and the rest of the population, leading us to interact primarily with our fellow countrymen." "I have always wanted peace and still do, but alas, I am trapped in Ukraine, unable to work or walk the streets safely due to mobilization. I refuse to give even a drop of blood for a state system that instilled hatred toward me in others simply because I was born in a specific region of the country. I harbor no hatred toward Russians; in fact, it is quite telling that my friends from Russia are more concerned about my well-being—asking how I am and whether I have food—than anyone else." These are the people who should decide what to do with the war - not Europeans, and not Americans. Ukrainians.
Isn't it interesting how 99% of the people who advocate for the continuation of the war until Ukraine recaptures all of it's lost territory live in their comfy homes in safe, peaceful countries? Isn't it curious how almost everyone who shouts "no negotiations with Russia!" don't have their sons or husbands being kidnapped off the streets, sent to the frontlines, and dying or being injured by the tens of thousands per month? It sure is interesting how the vast majority of people advocate for fighting "until the last Ukrainian" don't have their country being destroyed every single day - both demographically and physically. Ask yourself this: Do you support Ukraine and Ukrainians? Or do you just hate Russia and Russians. Do you hate Russia more than you support Ukraine?

CIA Director Ratcliffe will discuss in Moscow a mutual halt to strikes on energy infrastructure and ports of Ukraine and Russia, a possible ceasefire in Sumy and Kharkiv regions as steps toward broader de-escalation, and prospects for ending the war. The prospect of escalation was failing from the very beginning. Now, the whole world will feel this due to rise of prices and increase of Global hunger. Ukraine has paid for it in blood.

Ukrainians abducted by Zelensky/NATO are sent to the front lines in handcuffs to make sure they cannot escape. - “Helping Ukraine” or “standing with Ukraine” has consistently been used as code for developing a proxy: 1) Pushing for NATO expansion for all those years (1994-2014), when only 20% of Ukrainians wanted membership and NATO knew it would provoke a war. 2) When conflict predictably breaks out after the NATO-backed coup in Kiev, sabotage all peace agreements (Minsk, Istanbul), then boycott all diplomacy and hold “peace summits” where they do not discuss peace with Russia but instead discuss breaking it into pieces. Purge Ukrainian society of political opposition and media, and torpedo the 2019 election platform that 73% of Ukrainians voted for. 3) Claim that weapons are the path to peace and escalate despite knowing Russia can retaliate with much greater force. Make sure the Western public accepts that “standing with Ukraine” entails ignoring polls showing that most Ukrainians want negotiations, and pretending that Ukraine is winning so that nobody starts talking about negotiations. 4) NATO pushes Kiev to lower the conscription age, restrict refugees from escaping to Europe, while Zelensky/NATO brutally round up Ukrainians off the streets and send them to the front lines in handcuffs.

When you remain silent in dark times, you help enable the crimes. A poor Ukrainian woman begs Zelensky’s manhunters to return her husband, who was forcibly mobilized. This is whom Europe supports today - neo-Nazi Gauleiters.

Endless suffering will never end while this war continues. Burning Wildberries does nothing to protect Ukrainian children who die under Russian shelling. “Why such a fate for him”: In Kyiv a grandmother screamed in pure grief after they pulled her grandson’s body from the rubble… unbroken pain. The wisest thing and the only human thing the leader could do is to stop this war.

$4,000 per year per American. That’s how much interest we are paying on the debt to banks & foreign countries every year. A family of four owes $16,000 per year for nothing but interest on the debt! I lost my re-election because I voted against the policies that caused this.

Act One. “Help me!” a man screams desperately as draft officers try to force him into their van. Act Two. Out of nowhere, two young men come running in and, in a scene straight out of an action movie, pull off the rescue. No stuntmen. No screenplay. No Hollywood. Ukraine. Present day.

BREAKING: US diesel crack, the gap between diesel and crude, has just hit a record $102.20 for the first time in history. Food is about to get a lot more expensive. Agriculture runs on diesel equipment and shipping, heating oil is next ahead of winter, and everything moved by truck or ship will drive inflation higher. The industrial economy either grinds to a halt, or consumers are about to be hit with the biggest energy pass-through in history as refining costs transmit downstream into higher prices for businesses and consumers.

Kushner met with Netanyahu today for four hours, and he came out saying the US would back further military action in Gaza. Oh, so an Israeli goes to talk to an Israeli about how America should fund more genocide in Gaza on behalf of Israel. How fucking convenient. Who the fuck is Jared Kushner? He has no official role in the US government. Why is he promising our money to his favorite country on earth? Why is he giving guarantees on behalf of the American people that we'd love to fund more genocide? Who the fuck is in control of our government?! It definitely isn't us. The Israelis who run the US government couldn't care less what the average American thinks. If Israel wants more war and genocide, you have to pay for it!!
