The 2026 Budget Statement was miserably inadequate. It provided NO economic data whatsoever. No information on key indicators. We are all now in the dark as to how our economy is performing and it is clear that the Government is afraid to admit that our economy is in decline.

In last year's budget the price of alcohol was doubled and it was projected to account for ~80% of this year's projected revenue.
