Phil Baker, a Divisional Resource Management Representative in the Office of Finance and Administration’s Facilities Management and Services Division.
Phil helps manage the infrastructure that keeps EPA’s Facilities Management and Services Division running smoothly. This includes include budget formulation, contract oversight and operational planning.
He’s motivated by solving complex problems, leading teams to successful outcomes, and contributing to projects that have a direct impact on the organization. One of Phil’s recent accomplishments is managing an EPA Building Consolidation Project that was completed ahead of schedule.
Phil appreciates being part of a collaborative team where every member contributes to each project’s success.

Eric Delgado, a Section Chief in @eparegion6's Emergency Response and Preparedness Section.
Eric leads a multidisciplinary workforce responsible for emergency response, removal actions, oil spill preparedness, major event planning and responder development across five states and Tribal lands.
He’s motivated by the mission and responsibility that comes with being there when communities need EPA most. He’s also motivated by developing people and is proud of the work Region 6 has accomplished to strengthen On-Scene Coordinators’ development and mentoring. Eric enjoys solving hard problems, bringing people together, cutting through the noise, and finding a path forward.
The career advice he’d give his younger self is that leadership has a lot less to do with having all the answers and a lot more to do with earning people’s trust. Don’t wait until you have the title to lead.
Outside of work you can find Eric spending time with his wife and three sons, or behind the camera shooting sports photography.

It was a busy and productive day for the Trump EPA in the Hampton Roads region of Virginia on Friday. @RepJenKiggans joined me in Smithfield to announce over $90 million in support of 83 projects for the Chesapeake Bay program to keep improving the health of the Bay watershed.
Afterwards, I saw EPA’s progress first-hand at the Atlantic Wood Industries Superfund Site in Portsmouth, a cleanup that is vital to keeping the Elizabeth River ecosystem healthy and supporting economic activity in the region.

As promised, the Trump EPA just released its latest quarterly update with regards to permanently ENDING the decades-long Tijuana River sewage crisis. Following last year’s agreement reached between the US and Mexico, vital progress continues to get made on projects to urgently implement the 100% solution, including phase 2 of River Gates now under construction, completion of the Parallel Gravity Line, and much more. All agreed to projects are scheduled to be completed in 2026 and 2027, with one project scheduled for completion in 2028. It was a JAM-PACKED two days for @epaleezeldin in New Hampshire and Maine. He was on the ground highlighting cutting-edge PFAS destruction technology, visiting Maine’s lobstermen to discuss fixes to marine engine regulations, touring the Manchester water pipeline project delivering clean water to city residents, and meeting with New Hampshire leaders about ending the state’s vehicle Inspection and Maintenance requirements.
