The next time I’m at the gym I’m going to say ‘here today, DOMS tomorrow’. It’s a play on the phrase ‘here today, gone tomorrow’. I’ll keep saying it until someone laughs. Although most people have ear buds in so I’ll have to shout it in their faces. It’s going to be classic

HOLY GIANT SHIT BALLS. THESE ARE BIG EXCITING SHOWS. My heart is already racing at the thought of being on stage in these rooms. I’d better start working on my comedy for those quiet moments when Rory needs a piss or Rou needs to fix his in-ears.

The Big Beat Drum Meet is for anyone interested in drumming whether you’ve been playing 10 years or only just picked up a pair of sticks. There will be nothing required of you other than to have a good time and get your questions ready!
