Superman & Lois ended because Warner Bros did not want a competing Superman project in the marketplace during the rollout of their new film, and The CW shifted its business model under new ownership.
Superman & Lois is a CW superhero drama series starring Tyler Hoechlin and Elizabeth Tulloch as the titular characters, focusing on their lives as working parents raising twin teenage sons, Jonathan and Jordan, in Smallville while balancing global threats with family challenges. The show, a spin-off of Supergirl, explores the complexities of marriage, parenthood, and small-town life alongside superhero action, running for four seasons from 2021 to 2024.
