Monday night around 9pm on the A6 in Levenshulme, South Manchester. The pavement was blocked with parked vehicles, that I struggled to squeeze past. All seemed to be centred on Merzee. @Merzee what are you doing to solve this problem? @YPLAC @s4plb

The filter at Henderson Street, Levenshulme has been blocked at 8:30 on the 11th, 6th and 4th April. Always the same vehicles DV21VLJ, KD06NWV. If it's not enforced soon, then it will always be blocked. @YPLAC @s4plb @basat_m @Dzidra78

Paging @YPLAC White van DA64YLC in Rusholme Manchester last night. It went for the hat trick of double yellows (with no loading), completely blocking a cycle lane and parking in front of pedestrian tactile paving .

The Henderson Street filter in Levenshulme completely blocked by a white van at 9:00am today. It was parked perfectly across the "h-bar" road marking. I had to wheel my bike through the pedestrian access @s4plb @YPLAC

@markandcharlie Could I have your opinion on this? Do the cars blocking the contraflow cycle lane count as "wilful obstruction"? They appear to be local residents/visitors and will probably do it again, as they think it's perfectly OK parking.
We’ve changed the rules on passing, and the positioning of, people cycling. When travelling at up to 30 mph, leave at least 1.5 metres when overtaking people who cycle, and give more space at higher speeds. Check the changes, let’s keep each other safe. #HighwayCode

How green Lane used to look. It was a country lane for horses and carts. Here is is in 1947, much wider, but not well maintained as it's unadopted. It looks nothing like this in the present day
