Congratulations to all of you! Not only for the event today, but to also promoting empathy driven solutions. There is a need for such an approach as we create for the future and I'm excited about where #EmpathyJam will bring us 😊
In addition, former #EmpathyJam participant @DiarmaidOF produced the first @EmpathyGalway, extending the #EmpathyJam community to Galway, Ireland. Your action inspired many conversations today to bring the event to other locations outside NYC!
We loved collaborating with @USDS and @NYCOpportunity to come up with today’s challenges. They were not easy. Interviewing users and getting them to open up about personal and sensitive subjects required a lot of courage and our participants were fearless!
