I'm seeing a lot of comments on here about @OVOEnergy upping people's direct debits despite them being hundreds in credit. They do this to me regularly - my account is always well in credit. Obviously they just want our money. But how's it allowed? Are other suppliers the same?

@vueling Can you explain why your staff in Santiago are not trained on ETA rules? Check-in guy demanded an ETA to fly to the UK on an Irish passport. Irish don't need an ETA to enter the UK. He refused to look at UK government rules - said "boarding denied" ...TBC

Fortunately I know the rules and my rights. Despite this guy claiming he was "the boss" and no senior staff available, another member of staff checked me in. No apology from male staff member who denied me boarding. Weak apology from customer services email.
