Today, we joined organizations representing millions of cancer patients, survivors, and providers to send a letter to @HHSGov @SecKennedy about the importance of the #USPSTF in the fight against cancer, urging protection for the integrity of its work. fightcancer.org/releases/60-…
Today, the U.S. Senate passed a bill that will kick nearly 12 million off their health insurance.
@SenAmyKlobuchar & @SenTinaSmith, thank you for voting no & standing up to #protectmedicaid for Minnesotans and cancer patients everywhere.

#Medicaid cuts have consequences. @Ilhan, can I count on you to vote NO?
These are real lives on the line. Cancer patients, children, seniors, working families & more shouldn't be left without the care they depend on. #ProtectMedicaid

Tens of thousands of @ACSCAN advocates urged the House Energy & Commerce Committee to reconsider Medicaid cuts that impact millions. Despite this, lawmakers who voted for these cuts chose to support the loss of health coverage for those with no other affordable options.

It’s plain and simple: Medicaid saved Jenn’s life. Medicaid expansion made it possible for her to get the care needed to survive three recurrences of melanoma. @BettyMcCollum04, @SenAmyKlobuchar and @SenTinaSmith, please, fight to #ProtectMedicaid for people like Jenn.

The proposed #Medicaid cuts would result in at least 8.6 million people losing health coverage.
That number could jump to 13.7 million by 2034 if the ACA enhanced premium tax credits expire at the end of this year, according to the CBO.

Congress is considering massive, rushed cuts to Medicaid, which provides health care to over 1.4 million MNs - including cancer patients, survivors, & their families.
Attacks on Medicaid are attacks on cancer patients. We can’t let this happen.

Extremely disappointed in this week’s House of Representatives vote to approve cuts that could detrimentally impact access to #Medicaid for millions of Americans, including cancer patients.
Congress MUST do better.
We demand no cuts to Medicaid. Like & share if you're with us.

URGENT: Congress has just days to pass a year-end package, which includes a bill to make multi-cancer #EarlyDetection tests more available.

Back in Minnesota after another @ACSCAN #cancerlobbyday and thinking about how lucky I am to work with these incredible volunteers and staff.
Thanks to @jennpatrice12, Remy & Alique for sharing their cancer caregiver & survivor experiences as young adults. I am a YA cancer survivor & often feel isolated in survivorship. I feel connected to each of you & am grateful for your advocacy for our community. #CancerLobbyDay
Thank you to our Vice SLA, @jennpatrice12, for sharing her story as part of this year's Young Adult Storytellers and Implications of Policy panel. It takes such power to share just personal stories about issues like medical debt. TY for all you do ❤️🩵🩷
