Ugly result overnight on the GDT. For farmers calving in cold, wet - the triggers for markets to rebalance are being pulled: local China milk price weak, dairy farm margin pressure clear, exports of heifers from nz are on ice (for now). China milk supply growth is slowing

Thanks @MPI_NZ. Bali sure is tempting with winter right now. Just wondering if there’s any increased comms at the borders with travellers going/coming from Bali and indo? Upskilling / refreshers for our airport staff? More detector dogs planned?

What can we do to ‘tell story better’? talk about investment already made, all the $ spent on farm, social media - let’s support people telling different stories re: their farming journey. Perhaps world already has a better view of us than we do amongst us locally.
