drama ads and pixar drama ads are the one of the most profitable ads i've seen...
and 99% of you are doing them wrong...
in order to make a drama or a pixar ads work you need to think of how you can ragebait people while keeping the core idea of your product inside the drama or song ad...
some of my best drama ads have very controversial situations, for example:
- man gets cheated on, gets better, gets back with her wife
- man presents her old wife like she was her mom in front of his friends
- wife's ex husband marries her sister
- you get what i mean...
you probably have never seen something like this in advertising...
here's a part of my fully automated drama ad:
my best buyers are over 50 and they stop for pixar ads
this 37 second one is narrated by a 6 year old, about her grandpa who can't sit on the floor with her anymore
i gave it the script and a photo of the tub, and 1 generation later it had voiced her and cut every scene
grandpa looks like the same man in his armchair and on the rug, which is the bit other tools still get wrong
an animation studio would quote weeks for this, it took about 6 minutes
i wrote up the exact setup:
> turning a boring product into a 40 second story
> the 1 line that makes it read every word
> naming the product so it lands in the right scene
> locking a character before the first frame
rt + comment "GRANDPA" and i'll dm it over

the ZACH D style is the cheat code for selling a unique mechanism
most ads tell you how the product works
this one makes you watch it happen
why this format works so well:
- the whole ad revolves around one avatar. she's the customer, the problem and the proof, so the viewer never loses the thread
- the mechanism turns into visuals. cordyceps sparks in her palm, a glowing brain model over her head, a gut model floating next to her. no ingredient list read out over b-roll
- it stops the scroll. a pixar character on a solid blue background looks like nothing else on the feed
- side by side does the selling. i split her, then merged them back into one after the product.
- you can get as weird as you want. a rollercoaster growing out of the coffee mug
the creative freedom is the whole point.
anything you can't film, you can animate, so your mechanism finally gets a picture instead of a paragraph

you can make this 80s VHS news ad for about $2
an anchor, a field reporter, and 3 strangers, all raving about the same collagen
it looks like a tape someone found in their parents' attic
quick workflow:
- every frame from nano banana 2.1 inside google flow, completely free. prompted as a "frame grab from 1986 betacam tape": flat bright TV lighting, deep focus, people caught mid-word
- talking clips on WAN 3.0 at 480p. the VHS grade softens everything anyway, so you get the look for pennies
- pulled the audio off a real 80s news clip, measured it, and matched every voice to it. thin, boxy, a little muffled, with tape hiss underneath
- station bug, lower thirds and the VCR "PLAY" open all built in code
the nostalgia does the selling. nobody scrolls past their childhood TV

brands are still paying $500–$1,000 for animated ads like this
you can create something similar with ai for a fraction of the cost
this one is for a literal notebook
instead of a boring product demo, the ad turns a simple problem into an entire animated story
the character stays consistent, the scenes connect naturally, and the product reveal actually feels earned
a few months ago you'd need an animator, a storyboard artist, and hours of editing to pull this off
the crazy thing is that I've created this with only one prompt

opus 5.5 + google flow is CRACKED
this whole JUBILEE style debate ad took about $1 of flow credits
and is made entirely by claude code from scratch
every talking shot came out of google flow. every frame came out of my ChatGPT.
i never opened an editor. approved the frames, gave a few notes on pacing, done
how it got built:
- claude tore down a reference clip frame by frame
- scraped how people actually argue about glp-1s online and wrote the script in their words ("you didn't earn it", "food noise")
- turned real show frames into 3 completely new people, one image edit each
- every talking shot is omni on google flow
- pauses jump-cut out, captions, fine print and end card all done by claude
the format works because nobody scrolls past two people arguing.

zack d style ads can run 50 seconds now...
this whole video is ONE generation, nothing stitched
every other way of making these caps you at a 15 second clip, so the ad ends right when it gets interesting
this one has room to explain why your skin feels off before the product shows up
an animator would quote $500-1,500 and a week for 50 seconds of this
the guy at the start is the same guy at the end, which is the part other tools lose
i'm giving away the whole system:
> 50s+ zack d ads from a single generation
> the claude prompt that turns a competitor d into a story
> the product step that puts it in every scene
> getting a 10 ad batch out of one script
rt + comment "50" and i'll send it

Koriderm is doing $2M A MONTH selling skincare.
One of their favorite acquisition weapons right now?
DRAMA ADS.
Long-form.
Emotional.
Complex characters.
Storylines that keep you watching just to find out what happens next.
And they convert like fucking wildfire.
The problem?
Making good drama ads is HARD.
Scripts.
Multiple scenes.
Different characters.
And a shitload of editing.
Until now.

pixar style ads are the easiest win in ecom right now
this whole 50 second ad is ONE generation
the tool i use takes the product once and builds the angle and every scene from there, no bouncing between 5 apps or joining clips myself
a creative team would charge $500-1,500 for this and take a week
the hard part used to be keeping the same character from scene to scene, which is where other tools fall apart
the setup i use locks him before a single frame gets made
i'm giving away the whole system:
> 60s+ pixar ads from a single generation
> the claude prompt that picks the angle first
> the product naming trick that builds scenes around it
> spinning one script into 10 variations
rt + comment "PIXAR" and i'll send it

this ZOMBIE ad cost me only $8.94
i went completely autistic automating the entire process
the whole ad was completely built inside claude code
no editing whatsoever, it even added the captions on its own
all i did was approve the concept and the storyboard and waited
what $8.94 got me:
- character sheets so all 5 characters stay identical in every shot
- a start image for every scene
- the full thing animated in SEEDANCE 2.5
- editing and captions, done by claude
- music and audio made externally, then mixed in automatically
made this for ryze

this is the most unique format in AI UGC right now...
tiny characters living on a human body with the product showing up as the hero.
and you can build the WHOLE THING in 6 minutes or less.
i broke all of it down:
- why it works
- which products suit it
- the full script
- how to build it
- etc
the full breakdown is in the article:

how to make ai ads for your brand that actually get spend
Give gpt astra your
>product
>avatar
>problem youre solving
> step 1 : build a viral hook
In a world full of brainrot how do you make a viral hook with intention?
Take an expression your customer uses to describe their problem and make it happen at the worst possible moment
You want to show them a feeling they recognize through something they've never seen
Heres how -> ask astra:
“Identify familiar expressions people facing this problem might say or think to describe how it feels.
Think of examples like: "my heads going to explode", "my heads not screwed on straight, " im falling apart", my heads going to explode"
Create viral hook concepts by putting the character in a personally high stakes environment, where that problem causes immediate failure, embarrassment or meaningful loss.
Amplify it by taking the strongest expression and turn it into a high-impact literal physical action version that is instantly understandable and impossible to miss, even if the problem itself is invisible.”
> step 2 : design the character
prompt:
“Using the chosen expression and hook create character concepts that visually embody the problem and. Explore how their shape, materials, textures, movement, or interaction with their surroundings could make that expression literal. Choose details that explain the problem at a glance and naturally lead to the consequence shown in the hook.”
> step 3 : visualize the scenes
Using the character concept and hook and script , create a visual scene for each beat
prompt:
“Translate what the character is saying or feeling into something we can physically see happening. Use their design, actions , familiar objects , and interactions with other people to make abstract ideas immediately understandable even on mute.
Carry the established metaphor through the story. Show how it expresses the problem in everyday situations, then visually connect the product's use to a transformation the benefits deliver. Revisit earlier situations to so the contrast is immediately clear.
For each beat, include the script line, the visible action and what the viewer should understand from it. Keep each scene focused on one main idea, with clear cause and effect. Preserve character and setting continuity, and make every action move the story forward.”
This is how you make AI ads with taste, where every line and visuals connects your customer, the problem they want solved and your product
It's not just making videos that look cool
Taste looks different for every brand and thats why its hard to outsource
Luckily for brand owners, I cracked a workflow that automates this process and makes it repeatable
Most “RWA” projects tokenize an asset and stop there.
Ducat is trying to turn the treasury itself into a monetary flywheel.
liquidity → arb → fees → burns + deeper LPs → more backing → higher Reference → repeat
That’s the part of @ducat_money I’m watching.
