“I’m rich enough to pay any fine.” Now his travel restrictions have been eased.
Igor Mykhaylovych Lytvynchuk, a Ukrainian businessman, Washington, US resident and citizen who immigrated to America from Ukraine, was accused of throwing a large rock at an endangered Hawaiian monk seal in Maui.
A witness said Lytvynchuk claimed he was “rich” enough to pay any fine. He was reportedly beaten by locals after the incident and later taken into federal custody.
He faces charges under the Endangered Species Act and Marine Mammal Protection Act, with potential fines and up to one year in prison per charge.
Now, ahead of trial, his travel restrictions have been eased after he raised concerns about work-related travel.
From sitting on a sea turtle to throwing rocks at an endangered seal when wildlife becomes the target of human arrogance, the consequences should be taken seriously.
Ukrainian athlete Vadym Oliynyk and his partner face investigation in Oman after disturbing footage showed them sitting and laughing on a sacred sea turtle as it struggled to escape.
Oman’s Environment Authority says wildlife protection rules were violated. Oliynyk has since apologized, saying he was “misled.”
A wild animal isn’t a prop, a photo opportunity or a place to sit.

Andrew Ng just dropped the best 2-hour course on Graph Engineering: from single agent to full automation
9:14 - your first agent
33:11 - loop engineering
1:02:46 - graph engineering
1:30:15 - agents that rewrite themselves
1:49:05 - full graph system
two hours, and it replaces every agent tutorial you bookmarked this year
Prompts → Agents → Loops → Graphs
most people will stop after the first agent and call it automation
he saves the last forty minutes for the graph that runs it without him
same model, same tokens, completely different week
watch it today
the step-by-step guide is below, save it while it is still early ↓

Słuchajcie, to jakieś absolutne szaleństwo.
Wyobraźcie sobie, że kupujecie swoje wymarzone BMW za (strzelam) 200000 zł. No i wsiadacie do swojego luksusowego samochodu i OGLĄDACIE REKLAMĘ FILMU SPIDERMAN.
CO JEST?!
Serio. Kierowcy BMW w ponad 70 krajach zobaczyli na ekranach swoich samochodów (wyprodukowanych po 2020 roku) komunikat promujący film „Spider-Man: Brand New Day". No dobra, technicznie, można tę reklamę pominąć - po uruchomieniu auta pojawia się baner z opcją obejrzenia reklamy.
Jednak w mojej opinii, to trochę niebezpieczny precedens, bo jeżeli BMW umieściło reklamę jakiegoś filmu u siebie, to pewnie inne marki pójdą w tym samym kierunku.

STEVE JOBS GOT FIRED FROM APPLE.
Then he walked straight into MIT and dropped the most raw, unfiltered 60-minute business masterclass ever recorded.
Zero PR bullshit. Zero image to protect.
Just pure, brutal honesty from the man who built Apple once and was about to rebuild it even bigger.
Stop scrolling.
Watch this tonight instead of Netflix.

Ten million people have watched an MIT professor accidentally destroy the executive coaching industry.
He filmed the lecture once in January 2018 and died eighteen months later.
Executive coaches charge fifteen thousand dollars a session to teach a third of what he covered in one hour for free.
His name was Patrick Winston. He ran the MIT Artificial Intelligence Laboratory from 1972 to 1997 and wrote the AI textbook every computer science major in the world read for thirty years.
Every January for four decades, he gave a lecture called "How to Speak."
His entire framework fits on a napkin.
Do not read. Be in the image. Keep images simple. Eliminate clutter. Start with an empathetic connection. End with a punch line the audience can repeat over dinner. Never open with a joke. Never end with "thank you."
That last rule alone has probably cost the executive coaching industry a hundred million dollars.
"Your success in life will be determined largely by your ability to speak, your ability to write, and the quality of your ideas. In that order."
That is the actual opening line of the lecture. Winston believed it strongly enough to spend fifty years teaching computer scientists how to talk.
Founders spend $80,000 on an MBA and then hire a communications coach to teach them the same material Winston filmed once for free. Engineers write brilliant code and lose promotions to teammates who watched this lecture on the train.
The lecture is free on MIT OpenCourseWare. The textbook is free on his page.
Winston died in 2019. Almost none of the ten million viewers have actually implemented the four rules on the napkin.
The napkin is free. The willingness to actually use it in your next meeting is the entire edge.
