मोदी सरकार ने चुपचाप UPI पर फ़ीस लगाने का रास्ता खोल दिया है।
अब ₹2,000 से ऊपर के merchant UPI लेन-देन पर MDR लगाया जा सकता है। इन ट्रांजैक्शंस की संख्या भले ही सिर्फ़ 5% हो, लेकिन UPI के कुल transaction value का करीब 65% इन्हीं में है।
सरकार कहती है कि ग्राहक से कोई फ़ीस नहीं ली जाएगी। लेकिन दुकानदार पर लगने वाली फ़ीस आखिर आएगी कहां से? कीमतों में जुड़कर ग्राहक की जेब से।
अमेरिकी payment कंपनियां लंबे समय से भारत की zero-MDR नीति का विरोध करती रही हैं। अब मोदी सरकार ने ठीक उसी दिशा में नीति बदलने का रास्ता खोल दिया है।
US Trade Deal की तरह ही, Compromised PM मोदी एक बार फिर अमेरिकी दबाव के सामने surrender कर रहे हैं।

This is because of a « bug » from Microsoft Defender in one update of Windows 11, who magically made VLC plugins cache quarantined by Windows.
Reinstalling VLC or regeneration of the plugin cache will fix this.
Calling open source software embarrassing when it is a Windows update that broke it is quite disrespectful.
Finally switched *away* from VLC *to* Microsoft Media Player, because VLC now takes 33 seconds to start playing an mp3 after clicking on it.
A large sector of open source software is in a truly embarrassing place now...

VLC's 33s MP3 startup delay on Windows is caused by a recent Microsoft Defender update scanning its plugin cache. VideoLAN confirmed this as a Windows bug, fixed by reinstalling VLC or running vlc-cache-gen.exe. The mobile screenshot is unrelated.

रैंसमवेयर ग्रुप World Leaks ने Reliance Infrastructure के सर्वर से 19,000 अत्यंत संवेदनशील दस्तावेज लीक किए, जिनमें Kudankulam प्लांट के वेंटिलेशन, कूलिंग सिस्टम, कंट्रोल रूम के ब्लूप्रिंट, फ्लोर प्लान, सप्लायर लिस्ट और इंस्पेक्शन रिपोर्ट शामिल हैं।
Reliance Infrastructure के Yotta डेटा सेंटर पर मई में सायबर हमला हुआ, जिसमें डेटा चोरी हो गया। दस्तावेज 2016 से 2025 तक के हैं, हालांकि रिएक्टर कोर संबंधी जानकारी लीक नहीं हुई।
विशेषज्ञों ने इसे गंभीर सुरक्षा खतरा बताया। भारत CERT-In जांच कर रहा है। यह प्लांट 2027 तक 2000 MW बिजली उत्पादन शुरू करने वाला है और भारत सरकार की न्यूक्लियर ऊर्जा विस्तार योजना का महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा है।

पूर्व केंद्रीय गृह सचिव लक्ष्मी नारायण का दावा है कि उन्होंने 8 अप्रैल 2024 को सवा कुंतल वजनी रामचरित मानस मंदिर ट्रस्ट को भेंट की थी। इसके एक हजार पन्नों पर सोने की परत चढ़ी थी। करीब 4 KG सोने का इस्तेमाल हुआ था। कीमत करीब 5 करोड़ रुपए थी। 3–4 महीने बाद मंदिर से यह गायब हो गई। मंदिर ट्रस्ट से आज तक इसकी रसीद भी नहीं मिली।
