In the hands of @ElMengem, you always knew this was going to be good. But, it's even better than I could have imagined. A documentary that is as beautiful & poetic as it is revealing & informative. A documentary that shows what football is really all about: the people. Bravo. 👏

Atletico Madrid were promoted to LaLiga in 2002. They finished 12th, 7th, 11th, 10th, 7th, 4th, 4th, 9th, and 7th until Diego Simeone joined in December 2011. They won the Europa League in his first season. Since 2012 in LaLiga: 3rd, 1st, 3rd, 3rd, 3rd, 2nd, 2nd, 3rd, 1st, 3rd, 3rd, 4th. They currently sit in first 😤

A lot of Real Madrid fans delighted with this Barça-Atleti result. Worth remembering... if the first Atleti-Barça of 2020/21 had been won by Barça instead of by Atleti, then Real Madrid would have been champions that year. Just a reminder to be careful what you wish for...

Simeone already won a league title away at Barcelona with a final day draw over a decade ago, in 2013/14. But, this is his first actual victory away at Barça. A bit of history.

Here, crazy thought, but maybe the Ballon d'Or winner was a pretty decent player after all.

Turn up your volume and listen to this noise from the @SDEibar fans! 🔊😍 Ipurua may be one of the smaller grounds in @LaLiga2 but the atmosphere the fans generate is electric. It’s no coincidence that Eibar’s home form has been so good in Segunda.

Remember people had that ridiculous line about "Well, actually, qualifying for the Champions League will be bad for Girona." Yeah, I don't think a single Girona fan is anything other than delighted right now.
