Imagine spending weeks working on a client's project, delivering quality work, and then struggling to get paid because your invoicing process is disorganised.
You can't remember what the client has paid, how much is outstanding, or where you saved that invoice you created months ago. You start searching through WhatsApp chats, bank statements, and old files just to piece everything together.
Now imagine a potential client asking for a professional invoice, and you have to create one from scratch or send your account number instead.
These things might seem small, but they can affect how clients perceive your business, how you manage your money, and how much time you spend on administrative work instead of growing your business.
For freelancers, business owners, and agencies, invoicing shouldn't be this stressful.
That's why Invoiss is coming.
We're working towards making invoicing simpler, helping you create professional invoices, keep track of payments, and stay organised without all the unnecessary back and forth.
If you've ever thought there should be an easier way to manage your invoices, you're not alone.
Something big is coming, and you can be among the first to experience it.

With exams coming up, I won’t be building at my usual pace. But Machineward is still moving, just a little slower for now
I don’t want to just vibe-code my way through and then struggle to explain even the simplest parts. I want to understand what I’m building, so I’m going to take the time to learn as I go.
I think Machineward might be the slowest project I build, high-key.
My exams start this Saturday, and this is my first project that gets this close to how a computer actually works. I have a lot to learn as I build it.

Please Everyone, I need your help.
From the accident, she has fractures in her hand, leg, and pelvic region. The doctor said the surgery will cost about ₦5 million. It is extensive and will be done in two phases.
First they will operate on her hand and leg. When she recovers from that, they will do the pelvic region.
It has been a painful experience. We have already spent so much on drugs and medications just to keep her stable this far. The pain is still there every day.
A lot of you have followed this from the day of the accident. You have seen the updates. You know what this has been like.
Please, if your heart can move you, even ₦1k, ₦2k, ₦5k, ₦10k, or ₦20k from you will help us. Every little bit carries weight right now.

If you were the one that did a HIT AND RUN at Ogudu express, Lagos yesterday evening, just know that it was my wife you hit.
I FORGIVE YOU, I really do.
Getting the call and the news was heartbreaking and caused tears but I FORGIVE YOU.
I FORGIVE YOU
I'm grateful to and for the Man that kept her conscious rendering first aid till the Ambulance got there.
He even stayed and helped till midnight (few minutes ago).
I'm so grateful 🙏
The product isn’t built yet. The visuals show the direction I’m exploring. I’m building this in public as an open-source portfolio project, and I’ll share the technical choices, trade-offs, and progress as I go.
I’m starting Linux-first, with Pop!_OS as the initial target. I’ve worked through the first version’s scope, put up the landing page, and am now moving toward the V0 architecture and implementation.
The idea is to bring together useful system information, like CPU, memory, and active processes, and explain it in a way that’s easier to act on. Over time, I want to explore a few safe, explicit actions too. No remote desktop or arbitrary shell access.
I’m starting Machineward, an open-source project exploring a phone companion that helps you understand what your PC is doing while you’re away.
I’ve been thinking about a problem I run into while building: I leave a long-running task on my computer, step away, and then wonder: is it still working, or does it need my attention?

There are things we inherit that cannot be measured. Sometimes, it's not jewellery, color of eyes or hair or photographs for that matter.
It's GRIEF.
We inherit it in the stories our mothers never finished telling. In the silences, names and fears.
