In response to the invasion of Ukraine, we (@sublime_sec) are doing what little we can to help affected organizations detect and hunt for Russian phishing TTPs.
This includes 3 things starting today:

We are currently experiencing an outage and are investigating the issue. Initial triage seems to indicate an upstream provider outage (@digitalocean). Will report back when we have more information.
Confirmed upstream provider outage. Service is (at least intermittently) restored at the moment. Will report back when fully resolved.
When we first created EmailRep, our motivation was to use it as a high fidelity signal into a phishing detection engine.
This is that system. Soon, you’ll be able to use EmailRep, as well as any other 3rd party service, as inputs into detection rules running over live email.
