Wordpress 5.9 is out. Lots of nice new features and full site editing 👏 Great article about the release: kinsta.com/blog/wordpress-5-… Did you try it? Any thoughts?

I only started working with Wordpress a few months ago, experimenting with starter themes, and setting up my own blocks and patterns. Wondering if there will be an option to set up custom patterns from the WP editor, as we can currently do it with reusable blocks.

My process of setting up a block pattern: copy my pattern code from the WP code editor, and register it with register_block_pattern() function. After I activate it in the dashboard, it will show up in the Patterns panel. Is this the best/only way? 🤔

I watched something coding related that is NOT a tutorial 🎉 The Billion Dollar Code on Netflix. It's very interesting German miniseries based on true events. Can you recommend some coding related TV shows/movies? 🍿

Exactly one year ago I finished my second round of #100daysofcode and my 5 months long full-stack bootcamp. I remember being so exhausted, but happy and proud 😊 Hang in there code newbies. It's worth the effort!! 🤓

I'm currently in a #WordPress world and I have one quick tip for beginners 🤠 Underscores.me is a WP starter theme and useful for creating a custom theme. So, maybe give this a go and make whatever you like 😃

I like neon signs 😻 so I wanted to have them on my portfolio page. After playing with text-shadow and adding super simple animation you can get blinking neon text in just a few lines of code. codepen.io/emabytes/pen/NWjR…

Let's get to know each other better. When you need to quicky test something out in CSS, which background color do you most often choose? 😁 background: pink🤘

Exploring Adobe XD these days 🧐 Do you use it? I was experimenting with XD extension for Visual Studio Code - created components, imported my simple design system package, created tokens, snippets, made quick changes... After learning the basics, I like it 👍

I was learning about #GSAP this week. Look what I found in the showcase section on their website 😻umamiland.withgoogle.com/en/… Japan + food + animation, all in one. Enjoy 🍡
