Shape workplaces that work for everyone. UCT’s Industrial–Organisational Psychology programme builds a deep understanding of human behaviour in organisations, preparing graduates to drive meaningful change in areas such as talent management, organisational strategy, diversity and inclusion, and employee development. Turn insight into impact. UCT’s first-year firm offers for admission next year will be made in January 2026. #ChooseUCT

Working in a call centre must be tough, especially for +27792601478. I asked how could I help her, and she said, "Excuse me?" I repeated it and added," You called me. " "Go to hell ma'am," she replied 😄

Writing the conclusion section of the 90+ page report and half of it is me waxing lyrical about the brilliant people I've had the pleasure to work with. My editor is going to have a field day!
