I enjoy mentoring folks and have several years of eng mgmt experience so tech leadership is good by me. I've spoken at several tech conferences, love Test Driven Development (it's not for everyone but automated tests should be!), and am a fast learner of most things tech. 3/5

I'm a believer that devs should own the software they write end-to-end, including the operations. Automate as much as possible, document the rest, and have useful telemetry and alerts when things go awry. Do your postmortems/retrospectives, and hold accountability. 4/4 ;-)
