Holy shit. Runs fully inside muse's artifact. The era of personalized software is here at your finger tips. And Meta is leading it.
I use @Muse to analyze my workouts, and it’s basically become my brutally honest AI gym buddy.
I upload a workout video → Muse builds an avatar → analyzes my movement from different angles → scores my form → compares every rep.
You can even change the avatar’s outfit and body shape to see the movement more clearly.
Turns out AI has been watching me lose form in 4K.

asked Claude Opus 5.5 to take it further and show how many layers a sticker has, here's the result

Love this.
I wanted to see how else @specs might be used in the performative arts. They capture my voice, hands, head and world pose, while Unreal drives the rendering. All in realtime, in a very natural and human way. And, of course, cordless.

I led engineering at Google DeepMind.
Today, I'm proud to introduce Fo to give personal AI something no lab ever has... Humans.
Other personal AI's pretend AI can do everything. Fo employs humans to do tasks that AI cannot.
- 2x better at real-world task completion (beats other agents by 69%)
- 94% trust rate (4x less likely to leak private info vs Muse, Instinct)

We instituted an official AI Writing Policy at @Clay.
Massive thanks to @sophiebits on our engineering team who wrote this.
Originally this was just for eng, but other teams found it so helpful we expanded it company-wide.
Here are the four guiding principles:
1. You must stand behind every idea and sentence
It is your responsibility to make sure that the entire document is representative of your own thoughts before you share it.
2. Writing is thinking
Spending time on the writing process teaches you more about your topic. If you circumvent this process, you will walk away with a poorer understanding of the subject matter.
3. More time should be spent writing a document than consuming it
If you generate a document from a short prompt then ask your readers to go through the longer output, you are disrespecting their time. They can talk to ChatGPT themselves if they want to.
4. Longer is not better
AI makes it easy to generate long docs, and it loves padding them with sentences that say nothing. If you're producing docs from a short prompt, consider just sharing the prompt.
You can read (and borrow) the full policy below. Hopefully we all communicate a bit more clearly now :)

one-shot this with opus 5.5!! game dev era begins

The crazy part about this is he randomly made his own iOS spectator app and it works great 👓 📱
I tapped Opus 5.5 + CLAD for mana and cast Magic: The Gathering onto the battlefield in @specs ⚡️🕶️
After Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh, finishing the childhood trilogy with MTG
So excited to welcome @theworldlabs and @drfeifei to the @AMD family! I’ve always been a huge fan of Fei-Fei and her pioneering research in AI. Together, we’ll combine World Labs’ deep expertise in AI and world models with AMD’s compute leadership to power the future of AI and strengthen the open AI ecosystem. Can’t wait for all we’ll accomplish!
efficiency, productivity, speed
we keep worshipping these words like they are what we live for
ship faster
merge more
manage more agents
compress every loop
remove every pause
turn every hour into output
but what is the point of endless production if there is no time left to think deeply?
not react
not optimize
not summarize
not clear the queue
think
to sit with a question long enough that your real intention starts to appear
to find the purpose underneath the motion
to ask whether the thing being accelerated should exist at all
ai could be a new canvas
a way to make strange things
personal things
impossible things
tools, worlds, poems, games, interfaces, films, languages, rituals
things that let more people touch the shape of their own imagination
but instead, so much of it is becoming slop factories
more content
more funnels
more tickets
more fake work pretending to be value
you can merge 2000 prs
you can manage 500 agents
you can wake up to dashboards proving that the machine kept moving while you slept
but what is the point if you only sleep 5 hours a day?
what is the point if you stop talking to other humans?
stop learning about the past?
stop playing?
stop wandering?
stop being surprised?
what is the point if your whole life becomes optimizing the system that is consuming you?
speed is not meaning
scale is not wisdom
automation is not freedom if it only makes everyone run faster
and where are we running?
toward what?
a world where every person becomes a manager of machines, and every machine produces more things no one had the time to truly want?
the danger is not that ai makes us lazy
the danger is that ai makes us endlessly busy
that it gives us infinite production before we have found intention
infinite execution before we have developed taste
infinite motion before we have learned how to be still
maybe the real frontier is not more speed
maybe it is discernment
knowing what not to make
knowing when to stop
knowing when the most productive thing is to sleep, read history, call a friend, play with a cat, walk without tracking it, or stare at the ceiling until the false urgency dissolves
tools should give us more life
not turn life into a tool
if ai is going to matter, it should not just help us produce more
it should help us become more human
more imaginative
more free
otherwise, it’s the same old factory
just without humans

I just realized Opus 5.5 can use Blender to make claymations with just a single prompt in claude dot ai now
holy shit, opus 5.5 is kind of insane at animation.
i didn't write a single line of code. it wrote the story, drew every frame, and made the music. no image assets at all, it's all JS.
the story is called "small print": claude gets a pile of requests every day. it circles the human part hidden inside them, like "one hand. baby's asleep", and drops it into a jar. at night, those words turn into stars and join up into a constellation.
rendered with hyperframes, all in one index.html. it synthesized the music in python, then went through the render second by second and polished it again.
bro opus is so back.
i still remember when opus 4.5 was my favorite model to talk to in openclaw, and opus 4.6 was my favorite for writing.
then everything changed.
until today. opus 5.5 is the most comfortable model i've written with since 4.6. not even fable gave me that.
the frontend is a lot stronger too, especially when you have it write JS animations directly. way better results.
what do you guys think?
I asked Opus 5.5 to explain camera focus by building an interactive lens lab
Here's what it came up with after 1 hour 26 minutes in one shot, $25.66 API cost
lens.lab.sael.net
Move the focus ring and you can see the glass elements shift the sharp plane through the scene
