We are deadly serious. There are HUGE business benefits in managing Releases by risk so that some low risk changes can be made quickly. We are putting 40 change requests per week into our Org. This issue is no one is able to analyze the risks (without @elements_cloud )

I'll be honest, when I first read this tweet the other day I thought you were joking. Although there are speed benefits to working directly on production, the risks far outweigh them for all but a few scenarios. Most developers shouldn't even have access to production data.
